Why Alacrity Health?

Alacrity Health has an amazing reputation from our staff, participants, carers, support coordinators, and more. Some of the top reasons include:
  • We have strong hiring processes which ensure we don't just hire anyone. We carefully select and grow a team that fits together, fits with our values and goals as a service, and individuals who have the right experience to be able to understand the needs of those we support.
  • Alacrity has an amazing social culture. Monthly (minimum) social events, a connected team online with social chats and resources, and a supportive culture that aims to reduce the stigma of mental health by talking about it openly and promotes a positive conversation on recovery allows everyone a space to grow.
  • People above profit - this means staff, participants and all who come to Alacrity Health. We will never cut corners or prioritise financial gain at the expense of a quality service that grows our team personally and professionally
  • Strong growth opportunities - we will always promote internally if we have the chance, and we encourage our staff to move into different roles that interest them!
